Classification by substrate material.

According to the substrate material class is divided into cotton base, synthetic fiber base and fiber base. Classification by production method

3. Calendering and laminating method of artificial leather

According to the formula requirements, the resin, plasticizer and other matching agents are measured and then. Then, after being plasticized by compacting machine or extruder, it is sent to two-roller or four-roller calender to be calendered into film of required thickness and width, and laminated with preheated base cloth, and then embossed and cooled to get finished product.

4. Extrusion lamination method of artificial leather

Mix resin, plasticizer and other compounding agent in kneading machine, then after plasticizing, extrude into film of certain thickness and width by extruder, then laminate with preheated base cloth on two-roller shaping machine, then preheat, laminate, emboss and cool. The finished product is obtained.

5. Round net coating method of artificial leather

The artificial leather is produced by coating the emulsion polyvinyl chloride paste resin prepared by the formula with a squeegee onto the cloth base through the round net.

6. Wet method artificial leather
